Customer Service Guarantee Warranty and Return Policies

Baltimore Marine Supply has a 15 day return policy. Upon receiving your order, inspect the product(s), and if you are not fully satisfied, just return it for a full refund (provided it has not been used). No questions asked.

Shipping Policy

All orders over $75.00 Ship Freight free to the contiguous United States. Orders under $75.00 ship on a flat rate as follows:

$0.00-$20.00  - $4.50 Shipping
$21.00-$40.00- $6.00 Shipping
$41.00-$74.99- $8.00 Shipping
$75.00+ Free

We reserve the rite to ship via FEDEX, UPS,USPS Priority Mail. All orders are shipped in 24 Hours. There is a possibility that a delay of shipment may occur due to an out of stock situation. In the event that a Product is out of stock and we are unable to ship it out within 24 Hours we will cancel it off the order and notify you of When the out of stock item will be shipped out. Customers have the option to cancel backorders. By calling customer service at 410-477-5248 between the hours of 8:00 AM & 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.Shipping Costs on Special Orders and/or bulk discounts will be handled on a case by case basis.And may not be eligible for free shipping.

Authorized returns

If accepted, some items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you find it necessary to return an item to us for replacement or refund, Email us at customerservice@ BaltimoreMarineSupply.com or Phone: 410-477-5248 for a Return Authorization Number. Repackage the item(s) securely in an outer carton. Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your sales record and a note describing the problem with the item and the Return Authorization Number. You must call for a return authorization number before returning an order to us. If the shipment box is damaged, please notify the carrier that delivered to inspect the damaged package. If you receive an incorrectly shipped part(s) or if the product is damaged, we will issue you a return shipping label to use so that you do not incur the shipping charge.

This is not the case on products you have simply decided to not keep. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. All merchandise must be in new condition and in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging enclosed within a shipping carton and must include all packaging material. Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item which has not been shipped. Please Contact: Customer Service Department: 8:00AM - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, Phone:410-477-5248. You can order with confidence that all the items that you order are in stock. However, unforeseen demand or manufacturer's delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. If at the time of your order an item is not in stock, our customer service department will notify you of the delay. If you agree with the anticipated time for actual delivery, we will continue with the order for you.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email along with your order tracking number.
